A leading FMCG manufacturer are looking to add an experience Production Manager to the management team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Production Manager with strong planning and people management skills to join a well established global business who work in the FMCG sector.

Role & Responsibilities:

Ensure the health and safety of shop floor employees
Deliver products according to plan and within specifications to ensure the highest quality and service
Maximize the utilization and efficiency of assets to maintain a balance between capacity and demand
Continuously improve all relevant operational metrics, such as material balance, output per manhour, and OEE%
Manage multi-disciplinary teams. teams including training, discipline, development and morale

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Experience working as a production manager
Experience in the FMCG industry
Project management skills
Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Techniques and processes
