£30,000 – £34,000

Due to continued expansion across our clients business, they are now recruiting for a Production Planner to join their team in the Wirral Area on a Days based position.

This role offers the opportunity to work for a true market leader and established global brand. With progressive training and development this role allows potential promotion in the longer term. Role Description

Support the plant teams with expert process knowledge and technical skills to ensure that the plant is operated, at all times, in compliance with standards to achieve safety, quality, output, manufacturing efficiencies and cost.
Ability to challenge other Departments
Management of KPI’s for Production Department
Daily plans to be updated and re-issued throughout the day as actual orders are updated and changes are made.
Monitor the production output to ensure full compliance against the delivery deadlines and against technical requirements, e.g. correct use by date.
Batching team regarding composition and volume
Packing team regarding finished products requirements

Skills and Qualifications

Previous Experience in Production within Manufacturing – Desirable

Resilience
Ability to challenge other Departments
Management of KPI’s for Production Department
SAP experience would be an advantage
