Service Support Engineer – mechatronic capital machinery (field service)
£33,000 – £35,000 Basic Salary + Over time + Company Vehicle + Pension + Benefits

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a vastly expanding company who are looking for a number of service engineers to boost their growing team. You will be able showcase your mechanical, electrical and hydraulic skillset working on an interesting and varied mix of mechatronic capital machinery.
The successful candidate is required to provide support in the application of closed loop hydraulic control systems for mechanical testing, including associated servicing, commissioning, and training for customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Working from home attending customer sites to carry out servicing on a wide range of equipment
* working within a variety of appealing manufacturing sectors including the aerospace, automotive, and medical industries, amongst others
* Fault finding, diagnostics, repairs, installation and calibration
* Mobile/Remote role – liaising with customers,
* See tasks through to completion
* Problem solve using own initiative
* Call out Rota
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical and electrical equipment
* Knowledge of inspection and breakdown repairs
* Electrical and mechanical fault finding
* Customer focused – excellent communication skills
* Basic computer/IT skills
Benefits:
* Salary dependent on experience, £33,000 – £35,000 (Done on experience and skillset)
* Optional over time at x1.5
* Company Vehicle
* Pension Scheme
* Telephone and Laptop
* Door to door travel paid & over night stays, £20pn allowance (max 16 nights pm)
