Roles and Responsibilities:

Safety Compliance: Implement and oversee comprehensive safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.

Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain robust quality control processes, ensuring that all products meet industry standards and customer specifications. Establish and monitor quality KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Environmental Sustainability: Lead environmental initiatives, striving to reduce the environmental impact of operations. Implement waste reduction and recycling programs and monitor compliance with environmental regulations.

Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to employees on safety and quality best practices. Develop and deliver QHSE training programs to enhance awareness and competency across the organization.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations and standards. Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements related to quality, health, safety, and the environment.

Key Skills:

QHSE Expertise: Proven experience in managing quality, health, safety, and environmental functions within a metal fabrication environment.

Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant industry regulations, including ISO standards, and the ability to apply them effectively.

Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and inspire a team of professionals.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex QHSE concepts and requirements clearly to employees at all levels.
