2nd Line Support Engineer

2^nd Line Support Engineer – Bristol (2-days a month in office) – £26k-£32k

I am currently seeking a 2^nd Line Support Engineer to work within an established IT team, supporting a host of internal users. The role will be highly rewarding and with excellent opportunities for training and progression within the business. The successful 2^nd Line Support Engineer will support a network of internal customers and will ensure that all problems are either solved or escalated. You will need to be aware of and stick to the Service Level Agreement and ensure that you do all in your power to meet these service levels. You will provide support to bespoke software and hardware products as well as the Microsoft Office family of products. You will be expected to ensure you know how to operate the software and hardware and how it is used throughout the business. You will gain experience in a range of bespoke hardware and software in this environment and ensuing that all issues are either resolved or escalated.

The successful 2^nd Line Support Engineer will have most of the following:

Helpdesk or Service Desk experience
Windows 10 support and troubleshooting experience
support of Office365 and associated products
Printer and scanner fixes
Application support
Active Directory & Azure Active Directory
Basic Exchange queries
LAN/WAN, TCP/IP
1st and 2nd Line IT Support
