A worldwide global manufacturer is looking to add a HSEQ Coordinator to their increasingly growing business. As a member of the HSEQ team your main primary focus is to upkeep, manage and improve all HSEQ systems, processes, procedures.

They have defined growth plans for individuals and are continuously investing in improving machinery, projects, training etc. in order for the team to further develop.

Role & Responsibilities:

The job entails ensuring the effective upkeep, management and improvement of all HSEQ systems, processes, procedures and policies as well as general HSEQ administrative duties.

Maintain the HSEQ Management Systems including the updating of controlled documents such as procedures, forms, work instructions and policies.
Provide guidance, support and training as appropriate on HSEQ Management systems, ensuring changes are effectively managed and communicated throughout the business.
To maintain accurate records of all non-conformities and customer complaints.
To analyse and report on any trends in non-conformities and customer complaints.
Conducting customer surveys, collating responses, issuing detractor documentation.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Experience in a previous HSEQ role is highly desirable. This role would suit someone who aspires to build on their current experiences.
Experience in document administration and use of cloud based HSEQ Compliance software.
Relevant previous experience within a manufacturing organisation.
Experience of related international management systems models, standards e.g. ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001.

A salary of between £25,000 – £28,000
