IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer (contract) – Keynsham (on-site) – £200-£240/day

I am seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to work within an established team on a contract basis. Due to the environment it will be an on-site role.

The successful IT Support Engineer will provide IT Support either face-to-face, email or phone to a network of internal customers. You will be working as the escalation point for more junior members of the team, working closely with the IT Manager.

Windows 10/11 support and troubleshooting experience
Support and admin of M365
Printer and scanner fixes
Application support
Windows Server
Active Directory
Exchange queries
LAN/WAN, TCP/IP
Firewalls, Switches, Routers, Cabling
