A family ran business, this company is in a very secure position with recently opened new site bolstering the businesses outlook. As a Manufacturing Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our manufacturing processes while leading and inspiring a team of skilled operators.

Job Description

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of technicians to achieve production goals and quality standards
Assist in training new team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and quality control
Monitor and report on key performance indicators

Requirements

Experience in a supervisory role
Experience within manufacturing
Flexibility to work shifts
